Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Insurance Service Advisor, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and cultivating enduring client relationships. Your contributions will be fundamental to the success of our Personal Lines Department, directly impacting our profitability goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing robust, trusting relationships with clients during crucial interactions, including policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims consultations.
- Ensuring precision and efficiency in executing tasks, including managing manual declaration pages, processing downloaded policy transactions, and handling various endorsements.
- Collaborating effectively with insurance carriers and internal personnel, including underwriters and marketing representatives, to deliver superior customer service and maintain positive partnerships.
- Supporting team operations by providing backup assistance to fellow Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors, ensuring seamless workflows.
Required Skills

Compensation and Benefits
