Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk – Hybrid Work Environment at arenaflex

We're currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from our computer systems. Key Responsibilities:

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of point of sale systems and hotel management software
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits:

* The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $24 per hour

  • Washington applicants will accrue 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually
