Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.

  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed and effective support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support, sales, and industry-specific topics.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.
