The Role

As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll play a critical role in leading the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business-critical projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer service at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion

• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, contracts, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, ensuring areas of strength and opportunities for growth are identified and addressed
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency
• Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
• Maintain and establish strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams
• Support the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for portfolio management

* Exceptional organizational, coordination, and creative problem-solving skills

• Proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
• Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and manage relationships with partners and senior leadership
• Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
• Capability in written and oral communication, with the ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
• Should perform acceptably in their current position
• Models arenaflex's Standards of the Street, guiding principles, and health-conscious behaviors
• Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while possibly not already employed by arenaflex, Inc.
• Regularly focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal information
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles

• Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired
