Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. Higher educational level would be a plus.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via live chat.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, in order to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, although not essential.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software.
