Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a remote opportunity with a block schedule, allowing you to work from home for 2 weeks and then spend 1 week in our office. As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to manage data entry and communication
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective responses
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage data entry and communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective responses
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
