Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone support, utilizing your excellent spoken English skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to Etsy and Amazon messages, ensuring prompt and effective communication with our customers on these platforms
  • Offer live chat support on our website, providing real-time assistance to customers and helping to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Manage email support, responding to customer emails in a timely and effective manner, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed
  • Utilize spreadsheets to track the outcomes of feedback and reviews, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our customer support services
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution, working together to achieve our customer support goals

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
