Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble and present data-driven insights, information visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to support business decisions and drive growth

• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to improve customer experience and increase conversions
• Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining, to drive business outcomes
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical methods, including t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, and factor analysis, to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects, from unclear requirements to actionable insights, and driving business outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present findings to senior leadership and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

Good to Have

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and others
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to management
• Counseling or MBA background, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Sense of humor
• Unique interests or areas of passion that impact the way you interact with others and approach your work
