Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry Operator/Admin Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data in various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and easily accessible for our team of real estate professionals.
  • Organizing and managing records such as client information and property listings, ensuring that our data is accurate and easily retrievable.
  • Assisting in generating reports and summaries based on data, providing valuable insights to our team and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments regarding data needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Providing administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed, contributing to overall team success and growth.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, maintaining the trust and security of our clients and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of real estate terminology and concepts.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
  • Experience working with database management systems, such as Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
