Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $35.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide guidance and support to clients on Aetna plans, devices, and resources, helping them navigate their benefits and make informed decisions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and track contacts with clients, suppliers, and plan supporters
  • Stay up-to-date on Aetna's policies, procedures, and resources to provide informed support to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is acceptable for candidates with relevant experience
