Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solution-focused approach
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting performance targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Shift Availability and Requirements

We have full-time and part-time positions available, with shifts available from 4PM to 11PM or 12AM during the week. You must be available to work at least one weekend day every week (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays, depending on scheduling needs. Availability for both weekend days is a plus, and we encourage applicants who can offer flexibility in their scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills and ability to empathize with customers
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Spanish/English bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
