What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to student inquiries
  • Assisting students with Admissions, Enrollment, Registration, and Financial Aid processes, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey
  • Utilizing ERP and/or CRM systems to review and manage student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies
  • Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating referrals in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with health information regulations and university policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on problem-solving, active listening, and effective communication
