Job Overview

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. As a Contract Customer Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy. Your primary objective will be to create a cohesive program that delivers results and has a lasting impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that drive customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy
  • Create communities based on level and interest to foster engagement and loyalty among our customers
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Amplify our customers' stories and showcase their successes to build credibility and trust
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of customer marketing programs
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing programs and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing
  • Ability to understand how customers are using arenaflex solutions to achieve their business goals and translate this into marketing programs
  • Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
  • Revenue-driven mindset, with a focus on ensuring programs deliver results
  • Proficiency in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of customer marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a contract or freelance capacity
