Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Helping clients and families plan for their future
• Reaching out to individuals who have asked for our help
• Asking good questions and being a good listener to understand each person's unique situation
• Offering options that will protect their family for when an unexpected life event or tragedy happens
• Working independently to build your own business and earn what you're willing to work for

Requirements

* Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred, but not required)

• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
• Must be able to work independently
• Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients over the phone, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
