Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a key member of our team, you will work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

• Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer needs over the phone
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medications and resolve any issues that may arise
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST
• Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
• Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Education

* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
