Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative – Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients through live chat support on the Walmart platform. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Live Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers while taking orders

  • Responding to live chat messages on the Walmart platform, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
