In Your Typical Day, You Will
As a Customer Service Associate I, you will be responsible for:
- Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day
- Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
- Discussing arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- 6 months or more of call center experience
Additional Details
* Hourly rate: $15.00 an hour
- Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards
- Must reside within 60 miles from office location
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training
- Hours of Operations: Monday – Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am – 7pm; and Saturday 8am – 12pm
- Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
