Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to general inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Update and maintain client call data, customer care logs, and profile pages. Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data access, and document creation.
  • Ticket Management: Create, update, and resolve customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mail and Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of mail related to customer support procedures and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and visitors. Direct and seat visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms, and notify staff of their arrival/appointment.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various office tasks, including filing, record entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job assignments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Work-from-Home Environment: Be comfortable working remotely and maintaining a productive home office setup.
  • MS Office Suite Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, adhere to company guidelines, and perform critical task functions.
