Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Supply Industry (Remote)

As a leading provider in the urology and ostomy industry, we're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our external customers. You'll utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and programs to resolve customer inquiries, process returns, and work closely with our Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and/or product information requests according to established department and intra-departmental policies and procedures.
  • Processing customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges.
  • Providing timely feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partnering with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • 1+ years of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
