Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you will need:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate arenaflex's customer service software and tools
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

Compensation:

arenaflex offers competitive hourly pay rates, ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance. We also offer opportunities for career growth, additional benefits, and professional development to support your ongoing career development in the field of customer service.
