We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-Commission Remote Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a chat-only remote sales professional, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, Spain, or Ohio (USA), as long as you have a strong internet connection and a phone or laptop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our proprietary software to advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries, and encouraging them to place orders.
  • Close sales directly on the chat platform and send invoices using our company's system, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales managers to ensure that each lead is assigned and followed up on via phone calls, maximizing sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily training sessions, Q&A groups, and mentoring programs to continuously improve your sales skills, product knowledge, and performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
