Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM & Talent Management

As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional support to our employees. You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. With a customer-centric mindset and top-notch stakeholder management skills, you'll be expected to be proactive, impartial, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes, including Workday transactions and data input & accuracy.

  • Collaborate with our HR teams to develop and implement processes that support our employees in doing their best work.
  • Research and explore new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization.
  • Contribute to the creation, writing, and maintenance of our HR knowledge base for employees.
  • Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding.
  • Perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and analyze and record results and discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications:

* Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB).

  • Proven project management, communication, and customer support skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex issues.
  • A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a shared services environment.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Certification in HR or a related field.
