Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with packaging and shipping needs while ensuring their satisfaction with arenaflex's services. You'll also interact with customers to advise them on arenaflex's products, services, and shipping processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Interaction: Offer a warm reception to patrons and support them with all their packing and shipping needs. Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints professionally, and follow up with a satisfactory resolution to build trust and loyalty between arenaflex and its customers.
• Service and Sales: Present the broad portfolio of arenaflex's products and services to address the diverse demands of clients. Instruct customers to seal packages securely with heavy-duty tape to prevent the contents from falling out. Enhance your business by providing supplementary amenities such as printing, copying, and supplies.
• Transaction Management: Carry out shipping transactions with accuracy using arenaflex systems. Process payments made through cash, credit card, or other payment forms. Check that all necessary shipping paperwork is done correctly and can be easily understood.
• Operational Support: Maintain a clean and organized customer service counter to provide prompt and efficient service, increasing customer satisfaction. Replenish essential supplies and materials as needed. Follow arenaflex's policies and procedures for ensuring safe and proper shipping and handling of goods.
• Technical Proficiency: Adapt quickly to novel POS systems and shipping software to enable smooth operations and transactional excellence. Resolve minor technical issues in shipping equipment and systems by identifying the root cause of the problem and devising a solution to fix it.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and goals. Offer mentorship to newly recruited employees, emphasizing the importance of a customer-centric approach.
• Compliance: Follow all regulations specified by arenaflex, including those relating to safety and privacy. Ensure that all shipping and handling processes meet the standards set by local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Experience Representative, you'll need:
