Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues and solve queries
  • Provide website guidance, answer order and product questions, and assist with payment matters
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously learn and improve processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fully remote environment or with a flexible work schedule

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with arenaflex's customer service software and tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
