Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for taking on various types of inquiries from internal stakeholders relating to customers' experiences as candidates taking one of our assessments or exams. Your primary objective will be to understand the inquiry, ask questions, and collaborate with our diverse internal departments to investigate what happened. Using your excellent customer relations skills, you will take ownership of the inquiry to deliver a positive outcome and ensure that each valued customer receives the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer service teams, operations, and other corporate functions, to investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to internal teams on how to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and support the achievement of business objectives
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and increase customer loyalty

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate team player with exceptional customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate will be curious, able to investigate and seek out answers to questions over multiple technological platforms, and have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications as a minimum
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of customer issues and implement corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching, with the ability to provide feedback and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of educational assessments and exams, with an understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer service in this context
