Job Summary

As an Experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across our social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our social media team to resolve customer inquiries, respond to comments and messages, and help shape our online presence. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic way
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand values and goals
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Participate in social media campaigns and initiatives to engage with customers and promote our brand
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support
  • Work closely with other teams, including customer service, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a beverage or food industry

  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Experience with social media management software, such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and advertising
  • Experience with content creation and curation
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated
