Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Analyst – E2E Transportation Operations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading exploratory research, developing data-driven insights, and creating actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will help us make informed decisions that impact the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead exploratory research to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for optimization
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
• Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data analytics capabilities

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives

• Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
• Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind late deliveries
• Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets

* Applying SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations

• Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from different sources to support investigations of key drivers
• Leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing
• Automating tasks and creating processes that screen, analyze, and advise stakeholders on key performance indicators
