Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews to understand their requirements and preferences

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening skills. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to relate to customers is essential. Additionally, you must be able to obtain a Property Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
