Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales and support requests

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide exceptional service
• Work with leading technologies and systems to deliver innovative solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment
• Reliable internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
• A smartphone (iOS or Android) with a 4-year-old or newer model

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
