Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
- Providing an optimum level of service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make sound judgments
- Strong customer orientation, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently, with a strong social support system and autonomy
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with a strong computer skills
