The Role

As a part-time remote chat sales agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer support and drive sales growth by answering incoming inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and promoting our clients' products or services. You'll work independently, using your own device and internet connection to access our live chat platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages

  • Respond to incoming inquiries, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions
  • Promote our clients' products or services to potential buyers
  • Work closely with our training team to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with our global team to share best practices and improve customer experiences

Requirements:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in sales or customer support (not required but a plus)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus)
