Sr. Cybersecurity Systems Architect (Remote)

About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Systems Architect - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives and create tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. Your impact will drive customer satisfaction through innovative technology and security designs. Collaborating closely with teams, you will be crucial in consulting with customers and guiding them through complex cybersecurity challenges, ultimately enriching their operational capacities in a remote work environment. Accountabilities Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture workshops across our cybersecurity portfolio. Deliver value-driven demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, particularly for SASE and SSE use cases. Guide customers through observability and threat detection integrations. Engage with CISOs, security architects, and compliance stakeholders in technical discussions. Respond to RFPs and security assessments with high-quality technical documentation. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer-driven feedback. Present complex topics clearly to both technical and executive-level audiences. Work cross-functionally to ensure successful deal outcomes. Accommodate customer schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends. Requirements 5+ years of technical pre-sales or solution engineering experience in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud. Hands-on experience with SASE/SSE architecture and Zero Trust models. Understanding of security technologies: Firewalls, IPSEC, SSL-VPN, NAT, GRE, IPS/IDS. Solid grasp of identity and access control standards: SSO, SAML, OAuth. Proficiency in core networking and security protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS. Experience with CLI on major routing/switching platforms. Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and virtualization. Strong presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical topics. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to exceeding customer expectations. Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, LucidChart, Visio. Experience in Cloud-Native Access Control solutions and their integration. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, GIAC.
