Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Age:

16 years of age or older

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Entry-level data entry experience or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields)

Skills:

+ Proficiency with basic PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) + Strong typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute) + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to focus on tasks without being distracted + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Basic English written and spoken language

Equipment:

Reliable internet connection, phone device, laptop or computer

Work Environment:

Remote work from home environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

Experience:

Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields

Certifications:

Basic computer skills certification (e.g., CompTIA A+)

Language:

Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin)

Compensation and Benefits

$16-$30 per hour, depending on experience and level of proficiency
