Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

What you'll need for success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if necessary
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting, as required by the company and security regulations

Preferred qualifications

* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Sabre or other travel service systems
  • Previous experience working in a high-speed environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
