Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry services, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and other digital channels, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software, such as Excel, Access, or other database management systems

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as CRM or ERP systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
