This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards in training delivery while ensuring consistency across all training locations. The Training Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, educator, and mentor responsible for delivering customized training programs aligned with Blinks processes and customer service standards. This individual will directly train remote customer service associates while certifying and quality-assuring third-party site trainers to maintain consistent training standards across all locations. Key job responsibilities Training Delivery - Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions for remote customer service associates - Deliver customized training programs that align with Blinks operational processes and customer service excellence standards - Adapt training approaches to meet diverse learning styles and needs - Maintain expert-level knowledge of Blinks systems, processes, and procedures Third-Party Trainer Certification - Certify and quality-assure trainers across third-party sites to ensure consistent training delivery - Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing coaching support - Monitor and evaluate third-party trainer performance against established standards - Provide feedback and development plans to improve trainer effectiveness Mentorship & Continuous Improvement - Serve as a trusted resource and mentor for trainees and fellow trainers - Identify training gaps and recommend program enhancements - Contribute to curriculum development and training material updates - Stay current on adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies About the team Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning development and delivery of Blink Customer Support associates.
