Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team, working remotely from Puerto Rico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Collaborating closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, you will play a vital role in resolving issues, meeting common goals, and driving our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes
  • Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a significant plus
  • Technical experience is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of computer systems and software applications
  • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language proficiently
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision
