As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of arenaflex's operations, working in a busy and demanding environment. Our supply chain team is the heart of our business, and you'll have the opportunity to be the power behind it. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the docks used for incoming and outgoing shipments for the site. This includes:

  • Arranging administrative items for incoming and outgoing shipment contents and comparing with past history to ensure accuracy
  • Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
  • Reporting administrative discrepancies
  • Constant communication with carrier representatives to make arrangements and issue instructions for the shipping and delivery of materials
  • Corresponding with customer representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, scheduling issues, and pickup dates and times

Qualifications and Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 or more years' experience in a warehouse setting
  • Previous knowledge of Shipping and Receiving
  • Customer service experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse setting
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
