Responsible for implementing and delivering Email and Advertising channel strategies to improve brand awareness, customer satisfaction and revenue. This role will join the Digital Strategy and Delivery team, reporting directly to the Manager, Email Marketing. (overview & Key Responsibilities) In this function, you will be responsible for: • Partnering with Email Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to implement the B2B, B2C and transaction email marketing strategies in support of key business objectives. • Maintaining overall email content calendar and collaborating with Marketing Creative Services to create compelling copy, visuals, and calls-to-action. • Building and deploying email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. What Else Will You Be Doing (essential Functions) • Use A/B testing, personalization and targeted audiences to improve important metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. • Manage the sourcing and negotiation of Advertising placements with external vendors in support of business needs. • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. • Stay up to date on the latest trends in email marketing to maintain competitive strategies. • Develop materials on strategy, planning and performance of various campaigns and initiatives as assigned to present to leadership • Follow all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments. This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. WORK ENVIRONMENT Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia SALARY RANGE 49,645 – 80,110 annually POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) • Candidates for this position may have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Two years of hands-on email media channel experience. • Working knowledge of email platforms and technologies (i.e. Salesforce). • Project management experience. • Strong reporting skills and experience with analytic tools. • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
