Job Summary
As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals with Medicare-related inquiries. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals with Medicare-related inquiries, using your knowledge and expertise to help them understand their coverage options and select the right products and services.
- Utilize a mostly inbound call model to respond to customer inquiries, providing compassionate and efficient solutions to their needs.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support as needed.
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade their plans or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare-related policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.
Qualifications
* Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
- High-speed internet access (>15 mbps).
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
