Job Summary

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals with Medicare-related inquiries. With a focus on compassion, active listening, and problem-solving, you'll help customers understand their coverage options, select the right products and services, and upgrade their plans as needed. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals with Medicare-related inquiries, using your knowledge and expertise to help them understand their coverage options and select the right products and services.

  • Utilize a mostly inbound call model to respond to customer inquiries, providing compassionate and efficient solutions to their needs.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support as needed.
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade their plans or services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicare-related policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

* Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.

  • High-speed internet access (>15 mbps).
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
