Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, conducting data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, present findings to senior leadership, and guide junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, including information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. - Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources. - Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from initial concept to production. - Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and foster significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis. - Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation. - Guide less ranking staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to the board.

Essential Qualifications

- Four-year certification in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics. - Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. - Proficient in analysis software and applications. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry. - Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis. - Microsoft Blue - Microsoft Power BI - Alteryx - Python/R - Automation - Income Information - Fundamental Accounting Information - Proficient in analysis software and applications. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
