As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• A starting rate of $15.00 per hour
• Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
• A pay-for-performance incentive, paid out monthly to eligible team members

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work a set schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
• Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) a plus

System Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. These include:

• A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
• A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
• A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted)
• A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday, for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
