Key Responsibilities • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates using remote tools like Zoom and Slack. • Support daily HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases using HR software like BambooHR or Workday, and ensuring information accuracy. • Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee relations inquiries, providing timely and professional responses aligned with company policies. • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, announcements, and reports to internal teams ensuring remote transparency and engagement. • Collaborate with HR team members to organize mentorship programs and career development activities tailored to remote employee needs. Required Qualifications • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Basic knowledge of HR systems such as BambooHR or Workday is highly beneficial. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on remote communication tools like Slack and Zoom. • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting. • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
