Job Description

The shipper will assist in picking orders, boxing, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing them. This role involves using a pallet jack and scan gun to ensure that each order is accurately picked and verified against the order form.

Responsibilities

• Pick, box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders.
• Use a pallet jack and scan gun for order processing.
• Verify the accuracy of orders picked against order forms.

Essential Skills

• Experience in shipping.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking.
• Experience handling large orders.
• Proficiency with inventory and order processing tools such as World Ship and RF scanners.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Work Environment

Work in a brand new, air-conditioned warehouse with operating hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The facility is located at 275 W Pinnacle Peak.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85027.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
