- Earliest shift will start at 5am Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and EventsWelcome guests in a polite and friendly mannerTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer servicePrepare set ups for tables and/or roomsFollow cash handling proceduresManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerUp-sell with latest departmental incentivesEnsure compliance of brand standardsStrive to achieve departmental targetsEnsure cleanliness of work areasComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationComply with local licensing lawsBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
