Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Bookkeeper with Uptalent.io, you'll be responsible for: Categorizing transactions in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently. Applying payments and reconciling accounts. Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding unpaid invoices. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assisting with financial reporting and analysis as needed. Utilizing industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if necessary).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need: Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred). Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.
