Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, order status updates, and website guidance
- Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and weekends
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
