Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages
What it's like to work at Amazon Locker+ locations
* Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment with protective gear and regular safety training.
- Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, freestanding location, partner retailer, or warehouse lobby.
- Activity: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages, with minimal noise levels and comfortable climate-controlled environments.
- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units.

Requirements
* Candidates must be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
- Physical demands include standing and walking for up to five hours, lifting up to 49 pounds, and using carts, dollies, and other gear to move items around.
- Availability to work part-time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
