We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from various sources, creating insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Information Extraction: Identify and extract relevant information from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data systems, and compile it into comprehensive reports.
• Information Perception and Revealing: Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation to inform business decisions at all levels.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Science, and IT, to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes, and provide expertise on data-related projects and initiatives.
• Information Quality Assurance and Integrity: Execute thorough quality control processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions to mitigate them.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms: Proven expertise in extracting and analyzing data from complex databases and systems.
• 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms: Ability to create interactive and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis: Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and identifying key trends and insights.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint): Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools to create reports, presentations, and other business materials.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack: Familiarity with digital media platforms, including DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Google Cloud Platform, and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Education: Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (4+ years of experience in a related field).
