Job Overview

In this remote inbound customer service role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information, support, and guidance on our products and services. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to all inbound sales leads, making outbound contacts to identify new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound sales leads from current and potential customers via live chat, phone, and email
  • Make outbound contacts to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues and expand our customer base
  • Meet or exceed individual and department KPIs and performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Listen and learn about our products to become a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date on new products, promotional offerings, and systems
  • Effectively manage changes related to promotional offerings, new products, and systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our customers
  • Handle inbound live chat sessions from customers, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify customer account and order information, processing online orders, returns, and adjustments as needed
  • Track deliveries, installation, inventory, and pricing, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information
  • Manage customer issues and concerns, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships post-order

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of contact center experience, with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience. You should also have experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales, as well as a demonstrated ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems that support the initiatives of the contact center.

  • High school diploma/GED required, associates/bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must have experience in helping customers and providing customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Must be adaptable and dependable, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts
  • Clear and concise written and oral communicator, with a proven ability to address customer needs through written and oral mediums
  • Demonstrates technical savvy and ability to learn and navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems
  • Ability to quickly build and develop open, honest, and friendly rapport with customers, in order to move through and solve customer challenges
  • Bilingual – ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish is a bonus
  • Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry is a bonus, as is prior experience working in a remote environment
